This digital notebook charts my deliberate path from an MS ABA student to a “backstage engineer” of behavioral therapeutic systems. I am driven by a core duality: A deep, empathetic vision for compassionate care and a meticulous passion for building the precise systems that make it possible. My mission is to architect, analyze, and refine the operational frameworks that empower practitioners and elevate entire organizations. Here, I actively build and dissect the tools—from literature reviews to hypothetical measurement plans, and functional behavior assessment that form the backbone of effective, affectively-align, and culturally aware services. This platform is my public workshop where I translate theory into actionable blueprints, designing sustainable support structures that allow frontline clinicians to thrive. As of July 2025, I’ve expanded my study–now ranging from clinical ABA to EAB, OBM and Behavioral Gerontology. So much eye opening crucial informations to learn about to service human behaviors. I’ll be filling this open notebook with a variety of ABA knowledge from my on-going courses that I hope will be insightful and useful to the readers.
